Fed up with missing your taxi because you did not know that it had arrived ? Or worst still, standing outside in the cold and rain waiting for it to arrive ? These problems can be avoided by simply calling Gold Line Taxis and asking for the free Callback service. When your taxi has arrived, your telephone will ring 3 times, only then do you proceed outside.

GPS (Global Position System)
For added security, all our vehicles are tracked by satellite and are monitered at all times for your safety and convience. From the moment you enter the taxi, we know how far into the journey you are so we can accurately predict your arrival time, which enables the office to give the availabillity of the next taxi.

Autobook
We are offering you a personal loyalty card free of charge with your own exclusive PIN number. It's so easy to use. You dial a separate number where an automated voice will guide you through booking details. You will always have priority over customers booking in the normal way.
The first available car will be sent directly to you. Suitable for immediate bookings only. Please complete the Autobook application form to register.

Your details are safer with us
Did you know that when you ring some other taxi or private hire companies, your address is broadcast over the airwaves. This may alert anyone listening-in that your house is empty. This does not happen with Gold Line Taxis - all pick-ups, names and destinations are sent by data to in-car computers, so only your driver knows your details.

All major credit cards accepted
No cash is not a problem, we take all major credit cards and debit cards, we are also the only company in the area to take Cab Charge cards. We also take American Express.

Our vehicles and our service
Our service is second to none - we offer various sized vehicles in addition to wheelchair accessible cabs. We will pick up from anywhere in the country.
